Happy 60th - mom's best friend

TGIF!!

So my mom calls me yesterday and asks me to make a birthday card for her best friend who is turning 60. Her party is this weekend..a little last minute...OF COURSE that's how my mom operates...LOL!!

We were both going to the hairdresser this morning so I made one last night, this way she'd have it in time for the party, here it is...

Not sure I took a great picture but the card REALLY came out great....in my opinion..LOL!! All my mom told me was that her friend loves yellow roses...I immediately thought of my stamp/die cut combo from Heartfelt Creations, LOVE when that happens!!There are three separate stamps and dies on the card, the two roses on top and the leaves begins.

I found some great paper from Recollections, colored the rosses and leaves with my copics and added some bling with the letters and stick on glittery dots from my stash!!

I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Crafty Girls, anything goes #9
My Heart Pieces Digital Stamps, anything goes
Milk Coffee Challenge, celebrations

hugs,
Cinzia

What a lovely design! Your mum sounds like my husband... "I'm off to see a friend in an hour, can you make him a birthday card?" lol. I personally prefer a lot more notice! Thank you for playing along at Milk Coffee this challenge. Sammy-x
