Girl fairy birthday dust - Bugaboo Stamps

Hello!!!

The week has flown by and I have to get moving on my son's birthday party this Saturday!! My oldest son will be "9" I can't believe it!!!  "Happy Bithday my sweet boy, Mom and Dad are so proud of you!!!"

I had some crafting time yesterday afternoon but no time to blog about it...so here is my first one:

And here is the sketch I used for inspiration, Freshly Made Sketches #71:

This is a close up of the sentiment and my copic coloring of the pretty fairy from Bugaboo Stamps (girl fairy birthday dust, she comes with a sentiment as well but I didn't use it here)!!

For this card I used some flowers and ribbon from my stash, a scalloped circle and regular circle die and I added some distressed ink around the edges!!

I will be giving my mom this last card! So pretty!! I used my new Flourish die cut and some pretty butterflies, they were free at Spectacular Printable a while ago!!!

SSD Carrie - Fashion/Style

Hey, it's that time again!!!

I've crafted my little heart out tonight...made simple and easy creations..go to cards if you will!!!

The first one is a Sassy Studio Design  image called Carrie, this is the only card I used an image on, the others are solely sentiments but just as super!!

I just bought the doily , it's so pretty, I was very excited to have made this purchase!!! I also used other dies, some Robyn's dew drops and ribbon. I colored her with my copics, here is a closer look:

Valentine #9 - Bugaboo Ava and Deacon

Happy Monday everyone!!!


My kids had a pedday today, we spent the day with a very good friend of mine and her adorable one year old, we had an awesome day!!

This morning I had time to make a card, YES another Valentine's day card. THis time I followed a Bugaboo stamps sketch, here is the card:

For this card, I used some buttons and brads, an embossing folder, a square die and distressed ink.

Floral Bonne Fete - Freshly Made sketches #70

Hello everyone,

Today I had a request for a french b-day card and the inspiration was flowers!! I saw a great easy sketch idea from Freshly Made sketches, here is the card:

and here is the sketch!!

I used a great border die, one of the spellbinder floral dies and corner dies and some mini dew drops.

Here is another card I made so my friend has some choice...

They are both great cards if I do say so myself..LOL!! I had a lot of fun making them, it's a change from using an image and coloring.

I love us - Valentine #7

TGIF everyone!!!

Hope you had a great week! Today I want to share with you another Valentine's Day card (BTW I think I skipped a number so this is No.7). I must say I'm impressed with how early I am..LOL..this is the first year making Valentine's Day cards and I'm loving it!! Plus because my entourage knows I make cards they've been asking for them, so that helps!

Here is an image I really wanted to use, it's from AJ's Digi Shoppe and it was  freebie offered in color and no color!!!

Isn't it just the cutest thing EVER!!! so adorable, I opted for the colored image just because it made it quicker to make the card. Here is a closer look at the image called kissing birds.

I also wanted to use another one of my purchases from Create with TLC, here is a closer look at the sentiment!

& Here is the sketch I followed:

For this card I used a hearts embossing folder, an already made border (I forgot from who because I no longer have the packaging),the ovals nestabilities, some dew drops and distressed ink.

Mojo Monday Sketches - Valentine #8

Hello,

I had some time to make a card today with a sentiment in mind! Yesterday I shopped on-line at Create with TLC and got some AMAZING sentiments, here is one of them that I couldn't wait to create with..

I bought a reel of ADMIT ONE tickets at a party place and I knew one day they would come in handy!! YAY for me!! It goes perfectly with this sentiment, don't you agree?!? I had a specific person in mind when making this card, it's perfect for her to give to her boyfriend on Valentine's Day!!

Here is a closer look at the sentiment!



For this card I used an embossing folder, some Robyn's dew drops, distress ink around the white card stock and a CM mini punch for the little hearts and of course the Admit One tickets.

Freshly Made Sketches #69 - Valentine #5-6

Hello, it's MOI again!!!

I saw some great cards this weekend just surfing the net....WOW are you talented, it's AWESOME!!

Here is my take on a sketch I saw from Freshly Made Sketches:

The sentiment is from Desert Diva, she handed out a few this week, I was made aware by Free Digital Stamps, a great way to get some Freebies!!

I used a Hero Arts stamp and die cut set, just love those!! I added a ribbon and some Robyn's dew drops..I know I used those a lot!! I also embossed the white cut out hearts just to add some dimension.

Again I used the Hero Arts stamp and die cut set,  some Robyn's dew drops and another great sentiment from Desert Diva! I also did some faux stitching with a white gel pen and added 2 brads on the sentiment.

Valentine #4 - Our Love Story

Happy Saturday everyone,

It snowed a whole lot in Quebec this morning, my husband is clearing the driveway while my kids are playing in it!!!  Oh the joys of Winter!!

Today I want to share with you another Valentine's Day card, here it is:

This is my version of  CAS card for Valentine's Day!! When I saw this quote I immediately thought of my husband, it's from Ginger's House, Love her quotes!

For this card I used my square die and scalloped hearts die from Spellbinders, distress ink around the quote and some Robyn's dew drops. The paper makes the card really, it's simple yet romantic!!

Valentine card #3 - Bugaboo Eva & Deacon

Hello Everone,

Time for another Valentine's Day card, this time I used an image called Ava and Deacon love word from Bugaboo Stamps!

Here it is:

Aren't they the cutest!! I had a specific couple in mind when making this card...that's why there are initials! I used a new die that I purhcased a few weeks ago at Scrapbook Centrale, their dies were 35% off..SCORE!!! I also used a Martha Steward border punch and my spellbinders scalloped hearts. I added some pearls, a charm and ribbon from my stash.

Today I want to share with you another Valentine's Day card, I made 2 versions of this one,

here they are:

I think this is a great male Valentine's Day card, perfect for a husband or boyfriend! I got inspiration from the Paper Crafts magazine, you can check it out here.

The puzzle pieces are punched out with my CM puzzle punch, in the first card I embossed the pieces but in the second card I decided to do different colors, I think they both turned out great. I also used a border punch from American Crafts in the second card.

Craft's Meow January sketch - Valentine's Day

Hello everyone,

Finally our main computer is working...this is why I couldn't post..hooray for me!!! I was still crafting of course, I might not be able to show you all that I've done, it'll simply take too long ;((

I started making Valentine's day cards...here is one that I made using the Craft's Meow January sketch:

I took a picture of this card next to a picture of my husband and I on our honeymoon over 10 years ago! We've loved each other from the very first day, literally!!! We met on-line and never looked back, got married 10 months later. Now we have a beautiful family and a great life together, I wouldn't change it for the world!!!

Awe, aren't we adorable!!  LOL

For this card I used my favorite dots embossing folder, red ribbon, a charm and some Robyn's dew drops. of course no card of mine is complete without using a die or punch, I just love how versatile they are!! HB Grandma - Center Step card #2

Hello everyone,

I felt like making another Center Step Card, it was really fun the first time! I thought I'd make it for my it for my grandma this time, her b-day is this month and she will be 86 years young!!
